The Events Analytics Dashboard
Any time you set a Post as an Event, Activate collects information on those interactions and displays them here in the dashboard.
Content MUST be set as an event during the Info Step for data to populate.
| Note: All data, insights, and reports populate based on the time zone where the property is located. |
Configure the report by choosing the Property, Category, Content, and Date filters. Select the Reload button to run the report.
Event Metrics
View how many events occurred during your set Date filter under Total Events. Active Events are not impacted by the Date filter and represent events that are currently live. You can also see the number of Upcoming Events, which have not happened yet.
Events by Response / Attendance / Cancelations / No-shows
Event Response and Attendance charts pull from the Interactive feature, Statuses.
The first chart breaks down the Response counts per Event. The second chart displays the count of attendance at each Event. (Attendance is determined by using the Arrived status.) As long as event content is set up to include the Arrived status, you can track event attendance in the dashboard. The third and fourth charts also display a count of statuses by event, however, these focus on cancelations and no-shows.
This captures both QR scanning and manually adjusted RSVP entries.
Tenants by Response / Attendance / Cancelations / No-Shows
The first two charts show a breakdown of the count of responses and attendance by tenant. Again, these rely on the Statuses feature in the event.
Active Events and Responses over Time
The first chart displays a count of live events over time, and the second chart displays the count of total responses over time.
Event Interactions and Attendance by Tenant
In these tables, you can see a full breakdown of interactions and attendance by individual tenants in the property. The responses table displays event category, tenant, total views, and total responses.
The attendance table displays event category, tenant name, cancellations, attendance, and no-shows.
