Get information on who's using (or not using) mobile access passes. You can find all this in the Insights and Reports section, under the Mobile Access Dashboard.
Please note that this dashboard is only available to clients using Digital Wallet Access (which utilizes features such as Apple Wallet in addition to Bluetooth). If you are currently only using bluetooth enabled access, and would like to learn more about enabling Digital Wallet access features, please contact your VTS CSM or Account Manager.

Using the Mobile Access Dashboard
The Mobile Access Dashboard lets you view how many of your users are utilizing their mobile devices to gain access to your property or suite. You can see how many users have or have not enabled the mobile pass, and which users are currently using it.
To view the report, select the Channel name from the filters. You can also choose to filter by company, credential status, or even down to a specific Activate user's name or email address. (Remember to click the Run button to apply the filters.)
Once you apply the filters, you'll see the number of Users with Apple Wallet Passes and the number of users with a Non-Wallet Mobile Pass. You'll also see a graph of Active passes created weekly, for the past 6 months.
Moving down, you'll see a chart displaying the Users with Active Passes by Company, and its matching component, Eligible Users that have never added a mobile pass by company.
Lastly, you'll view two tables of users.
