Invoices track one-off or monthly charges issued to a tenant. It is user-facing so your Members have insight into their charges. Invoices can be one or multiple charges for the month, are are configured in Billing and Payment settings.
Viewing Invoices
To find your Invoices, navigate to Billings & Payments > Invoices on the Admin Portal. Use the filter options at the top to curate your list of Invoices. The table shows Invoice Status, ID, Customer, Amount, Issue Date, and Due Date. Actions allow you to View Invoice or Mark as Paid, or Download PDF.
Clicking into an Invoice will allow you to see more detail, including an itemized list of costs. You can also download the invoice as a PDF using the button in the top right.
Bulk Download
Admins can also download invoices in bulk. Navigate to the Invoices table and either select all using the header checkbox, or select the specific invoices you want download by selecting the checkbox each row. After selecting your invoices, you will see a Download Invoices button. Click to download. Note that downloads are limited to 50 invoices per download.

Members can view and pay for Invoices by going to their Profile > Billing & Payments > Invoices.
Members also receive invoice update emails. When a new invoice is issued, when it is due, and when it is paid.

The member receives an invoice notification via email, with the amount and due date.
Invoice is now due
The customer receives an email reminder on the due date.
Invoice is paid
Note that the Invoice paid email includes a PDF attachment of the invoice.
Overdue Invoice
Customers will receive an "Overdue invoice" email one hour approximately one hour after the due date passes.
