As Members make payments in the VTS Activate platform, Admins have access to view these transactions in the Admin Portal. In the Transactions & Reports section, Admins can see a list of transactions that have occurred at the property. This is a great way to quickly view previous transactions, and transaction statuses / amounts.
Transactions & Reports
To view your Channel's Transactions, navigate to Billings & Payments > Transactions & Reports.
Here you can view Status, Paid By, Product, Payment Type, Transaction Date, Currency, Amount, Tax Paid, Transaction ID, and additional actions.
You can also sort the Transactions Log by Product, Payment Type, Transaction Date, or Amount at the top of the table. Use the Search field and filters to further find a specific transaction.
Transaction Refunds
As an Admin, you can also refund transactions on behalf of a member. Navigate to the transaction in the Transaction Log, and select Refund.
Click Refund customer again to confirm. Note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on the customer's statement.
