The VTS Activate Visitor Watchlist provides a centralized system for managing potentially problematic visitors. This allows security teams to proactively identify and manage risks, improving overall security and compliance.
Overview
The Visitor Watchlist allows admins to add visitor records of individuals who should be denied access or monitored while visiting. You can also transfer visitors from the existing visitor log to the Watchlist with pre-filled information and view all Watchlist members in the admin portal. Hosts will receive a warning during registration if visitor details match a watchlist entry.
Add Visitor to Watchlist
To add a visitor to the watchlist, navigate to the Admin portal, then to Visitor Management, then to Watchlist. Click Add to Watchlist.
Enter in visitor details and click Save to finish.

- Reported by (select tenant name)
- Restrict at (property level or tenant level)
- Notes (optional)
- Attachments (optional)
View Watchlist
To view members of the Watchlist, navigate to the Admin portal, then to Visitor Management, then to Watchlist. Here you will see a table or visitors who have been added. Use the three dot menu to either view further details, or to issue a status of cleared and remove them from the watchlist.
Click the name of a visitor to view their profile. This will include their personal information, and the areas they are denied access to. You can also chose to Archive, Reinstate, or Approve the visitor.
Registering a Watchlist visitor
If anyone attempts to register a visitor on the Watchlist, they will receive a warning indicating a potential security concern.
