Overview
The Angus Systems integration enables VTS Activate users to securely access Angus modules—such as Service Management and Maintenance Requests, Visitors—directly within the Activate app.
via SAML WebView Integration: Enables seamless single sign-on (SSO) access to the Angus portal using the user’s primary email in VTS Activate.
Required Client Participants
See below for required roles and expectations on your side.

| Integration Point of Contact | Integration & internal IT configuration support to work with VTS and integrator, complete Integration UAT onsite, knowledgeable infrastructure resource |
| Integrator | Client should expect to actively work with their integrator* to complete any items the client is unable to achieve on their own. |
| Testing Group | Works with Project Manager, Integration POC, and VTS to validate integration and triage issues |
| Friendly Tenant Testing Group | Recommended group of tenant users to test mobile access and onboarding prior to go-live. |

Client Prerequisites
The following steps must be completed before VTS begins configuration:
SAML Webview
- Obtain a Service URL from Angus (SAML integration only)
- Confirm that all intended users have a verified primary email address in VTS Activate that matches their email in Angus
- Ensure internal IT teams are aware of SAML setup steps if applicable
