Let's say a tenant flags an issue that requires attention outside of normal work hours. The property manager can assign someone to the task, it takes the building engineer two hours. The property manager or admin can then manually add those two hours of labor into the Service Request.
Adding Service Hours
To add the time spent on the service request, navigate to the Admin portal, then to Work Orders, then to Service Requests. Locate the service request you need, and click the ID to open the request.
Locate the Task Time section. Click Edit, and then enter the time spent on the task in hours and minutes. This will automatically update in the service request table, exports, and relevant reports, and be reflected in billing invoices as well.
If the Task Time fields are left blank, service request time will be estimated based on status changes (for example, changing from In-Progress to Complete).
