Using Work Order AI
To initiate, simply compose or forward an email regarding a maintenance issue or service request directly to a designated email address. From there, Work Order AI will automatically parse the email content to create a new Work Order in VTS Activate.
For best results, Include any relevant details such as issue location, or any other custom Work Order fields you may have configured.
You will then receive a confirmation email once the request has been successfully submitted.
