Required Client Participation
See below for required roles and expectations on your side.

| Integration Point of Contact | Supports configuration with VTS and integrator, leads on-site UAT, and provides infrastructure access |
| Integrator | Client should expect to actively work with their integrator* to complete any items the client is unable to achieve on their own. |
| Testing Group | Works with Project Manager, Integration POC, and VTS to validate integration and triage issues |
| Friendly Tenant Testing Group | Recommended group of tenant users to test mobile access and onboarding prior to go-live. |
| *Client may incur additional fees from their integrator for this type of support — please confirm ahead of project start. |
Client Prerequisites
These items must be completed before VTS can begin work on the integration. Note, Datawatch is cloud based, versioning is not applicable
Access
- A signed Data Disclosure Agreement is required by Datawatch before integration work can begin. Contact Donetta Padmore at dpadmore@datawatchsystems.com to initiate this step
- API User ID & Password (DirectAccess account)
- Access Token (generated by Datawatch during implementation)
- Building ID (unique to the client’s Datawatch building)
- Sitecode (Facility Code for cards/fobs)
- Default Card Type ID
- Email field enabled on all Datawatch cardholder profiles (required to issue HID mobile credentials)
- Provide a credential range
