See below for required roles and expectations on your side.

| Testing Group | Works with Project Manager, Integration POC, and VTS to validate integration and triage issues |
| Friendly Tenant Testing Group | Recommended group of tenant users to test mobile access and onboarding prior to go-live. |

These items must be completed before VTS can begin configuration.
Access
- Admin credentials for Brivo

Brivo Developer Account to obtain:
- Username
- Password
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- API Key
- Provide Credential Range

Subscription Tier: Determine your Brivo API subscription tier and share with VTS
⚠️Syncing users every 10 minutes can quickly consume API limits. Confirm usage estimates with your IT team.- Tier 0: 100,000 calls per 30 days
- Tier 1: 500,000 calls
- Tier 2: 1,000,000 calls
- Tier 3: 2,000,000 calls

Credential Setup Instructions:
- Log in to Brivo Admin Portal
- Navigate to: Setup → Account → Account Settings → Application Management
- Create a new application with authenticationType = password
- Retrieve Client ID and Client Secret from Application Details
- API Key can be found in your Brivo Developer Account

Email Considerations
- VTS Activate will only sync against Brivo users with "work"-type email addresses
- If multiple work emails exist, the integration selects the first one
- Recommended: Ensure each user has only one work email type in Brivo
