| Integrator | Client should expect to actively work with their integrator* to complete any items the client is unable to achieve on their own. |
| Testing Group | Works with Project Manager, Integration POC, and VTS to validate integration and triage issues |
| Friendly Tenant Testing Group | Recommended group of tenant users to test mobile access and onboarding prior to go-live. |

Client Quick Start Checklist
Before VTS can begin configuration, the following items must be completed:
Access
- Please confirm your version is supported with Braxos via your VTS point of contact
- Provide the Integriti software version (may incur fees)
- Provide card format and facility code (if applicable)
- Add email addresses to all Integriti cardholder profiles (required for mobile credential delivery)

Purchase and apply the following Inner Range licenses (may incur fees)
- 996950 – Integriti XML Read Key
- 996951 – Integriti XML Write Key
- Communications Handler: Configure an Integriti Communications Handler per the Integriti “Integriti Communications Handler - REST XML Web API V1” guide
- Provide credential range
